Waste Type Guide

The identification of your waste type is simple yet important, because;
  • Certain waste types are prohibited from being placed in the bins.
  • The waste type can affect the price of the bin services.
  • Placement of other waste types may result in additional disposal charges after the bin is collected.
Remember, when selecting a waste type (e.g. cleanfill only) you must ensure that no other types of waste are placed in the bin. If this occurs, you will be liable to pay for the cost of disposal as general waste.
The table below provides some guidelines. If you are still unsure, please give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.

Any material containing asbestos, or any other dangerous material is strictly prohibited
Refer to our Terms and Conditions for more info.
